Description Plants electing 10-30cm tall, hairy. Leaves 2-5cm long. Flowers white or pale purple corollas 7mm long, flowering in May to June. Fruits ca.1.5mm long. Perennial plants.
Note Ajuga shikotanensis Miyabe & Tatewaki forma hirsuta (Honda) Murata (syn. Ajuga shikotanensis Miyabe & Tatewaki var. hirsuta (Honda) H. Hara) is a more hairy variety of Ajuga shikotanensis, and occurs in subalpine field.
