　線虫群集の構造に基づいて土壌生態系の状態や構造を評価する指標にMaturity Index (Bongers, 1990), Enrichment Index, Structure Index (Ferrisら, 2001)がありますが、これまで日本では、こうした各種指標を使って線虫群群の分析をした研究はありませんでした。この論文では、土壌燻蒸剤を使った大豆畑での線虫群集の変化をこれらの指標を用いて明らかにしました。
