Because, there is no column of "TUNE" in a standard WAV file.
"TUNE" works on the screen of TRIM.
"TUNE" which the sample has is the format of AKAI original.
Therefore, it works only inside MPC.

The addition of this function was tried.
However, many change was required, and since it became clear that OS had to be remade fundamentally, JJ said that an addition was
difficult.
For making this OS, JJ said that two years of time would be required.
Therefore, though regrettable, the MIDI implementation of the internal parameter by "MIDI CC" is actually difficult.

i was referring to the bug report below me. it was not an issue of my pads being defective, it has worked fine when
using the akai os, it seems to be a bug when using the 16 levels and tune at 13, it causes some pads to skip and
when moving fast between the 16 pads. when using the akai os i get no problems at all with this issue. ive also
wondered when the update is coming it said septemeber the 8 its now the 12?

9. the send level doe's nothing - it doe's not attenuate the reverb level being sent to the delay.
