Press the [MODE] key and then the [PAD 15].
The GRID EDIT page will be displayed.
Move of a vertical marker
is or
cursor key, or a DATA wheel.
Move of a horizontal marker is or
cursor key,
The point with which a vertical marker and a horizontal marker
cross is the target of edit and an input.
The hit pad number
when the pad was hit is displayed on the pad field, and a
horizontal marker moves to the line of the pad.
A track can be
changed if a DATA wheel is turned pressing F1 (TRACK) key.
The track number
chosen as the right of the TRACK character is displayed.
Relationship between the unit of
the Grid and the Timing Correct.
The unit of
the grid in the Event field is changed by [TAP TEMPO]+ function
keys.
When you set the
Note value to 1/16, one unit of the grid is 1/16 notes.
When you set the Note value to 1/8, one unit of the grid is 1/8
notes.
When the Pad Events
are in the grid, a "" symbol is displayed in the grid.
Example: First, the
Note value has been set to 1/32 and the Pad Events are recorded
as in the drawing below.
If you change the
Note value to 1/16, the even area will be changed as below.
In this case, every
single ""
symbol is displayed in the first four grids but each grid
actually has two Pad Events.
When you edit (such
as copy/paste/delete/move) the grid, all the Pad Events in the
grid are edited.
Selecting a event, COPY,
PASTE, MOVE, DELETE
If a box in the grid contains any Pad Events, it will
display a ""
symbol.
Selection of a Pad Event moves the point with which a vertical
marker and a horizontal marker cross to the position of an event
to choose.
If F2 (COPY) key is
pressed, the event on a cross marker will be copied to a
clipboard.
In order to paste
the copied event, please move a cross marker to the position to
paste.
And please press F3
(PASTE) key.
When you move the
event chosen, please press F4 (MOVE) key.
Please set a move place and press F5 (DO IT) key.
When you delete the event chosen, please press F5 (DELETE) key.
Notes:
A press F3 (PASTE) key or F5 (DELETE) key will switch on LED of
OVER DUB.
Moreover, LED of OVER DUB turns on after execution of MOVE.
