CHOP
If F5 (CHOP) key is pressed, it will change to CHOP mode.
The sample sliced by 16 is displayed.
When cursor is in the region field, a region can be chosen by a DATA wheel.
Moreover, selection of a region can be performed even if it turns a jog, pressing
or the 
cursor key.The start point of a region is adjusted in the "St" field, and the end point of a region is adjusted in the "End" field.
The region chosen if F4 (DIVIDE) key is pressed is divided into two.
When you change the number of slices, please press F5 (SLICE) key.
A turn of a DATA wheel will change the number of slices. (2-64)
The slice of the value changed when F6 (ENTER) key was pressed is determined.
If F2 (AUTO) key is pressed, it will slice according to the value of level. (Notes: The sample for 20 seconds or more cannot AUTO.)
Please turn a DATA wheel and set up level.
If F6 (EDIT)
key is pressed, the window of "Extract" will
open.
The selected
region will be made into another sample if F5 (DO IT) key
is pressed.
If F2 (CONVRT)
key is pressed, the window of "Convert" will
open.
Convert to:SLICED
SAMPLE
Each which was divided on a slice
point is made into another sample.
For example, in the case of Sample01 divided into 32, the
samples from Sample01-1 to Sample01-32 are created.
Convert to:PATCHED
PHRASE
It changes into a Patched Phrase.
Notes: It
becomes a mono sample when the sample of a stereo is
changed into Patched Phrase.
