A function can be assigned to a pad.

If F5 (P. MODE) key is pressed on the screen of [MODE]+PAD10, the screen in Pad mode will be displayed.
Please select a function to assign to a pad in the mode field.

In a setup of the above figure, PAD1 carries out the same work as the [TAP TEMPO] key.
If PAD3 is pressed, it will change to SAVE mode. (It changes to SAVE mode only by pushing PAD3, without pressing the [MODE] key)

Note
When TAP TEMPO is assigned to a pad, "Tap average" of F2 (MISC.) screen is automatically set to OFF.
(It will be in the state where the TAP TEMPO key does not work)
