Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy establishes basic guidelines on personal information of users of software; the software is developed by Takeshi Ogihara (hereinafter referred to as "I") and which are published on the App Store.

I do not acquire personal information with the following software which is currently published. (Except for the information sharing function of users that Apple provides as functions of iCloud)

ToyViewer, Typist, AnswerSheetDIY, ScreenTopSecret
iPlacard, RotSquare

The following provision sets forth the basic policy for acquiring personal information in the future as software updates or new software is released.

1. Compliance with laws and regulations
   • I will comply with the "Personal Information Protection Act" (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information Protection Act") and other relevant laws and regulations, guidelines and this privacy policy when handling personal information and so on. The definition of terms in this Privacy Policy shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law and other relevant laws and regulations unless otherwise specified otherwise.
2. Acquisition of personal information
   • The range of personal information etc. that I acquire shall not exceed the limit necessary for achieving the function of software, and in case of acquiring necessary personal information, I will obtain the consent of the user himself in advance.
3. Usage, management etc. of personal information
   • I will use personal information, etc. within the range necessary for achieving the purpose of use prescribed in the preceding paragraph unless it is permitted to treat as an exception under the law.
   • I will not disclose / provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the user himself / herself, except as permitted by law.
   • I will take necessary and appropriate safety control measures for the management of personal information, etc., such as prevention of leakage, loss or damage.
   • I respond in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, if disclosure, correction, etc are requested from the user himself / herself or the agent concerning the possession personal data and the specific personal information file.
4. Review
   • Regarding the handling of personal information, etc., I will review and improve the above items as appropriate.
