One of my favourate foods is "Sushi". There are two kinds of Sushi restaurant in Japan. One is the traditional Sushi restaurant, where the customers order according to the list of various kinds of Sushi. The other is so to said "Kaiten-zushi restaurant". There is a kitchen at the center of the restaurant, and the customer tables are placed around the kitchen. The cook makes various kinds of Sushi, usually put two pieces of Sushi per one plate, and set them on a rounding belt. We just pick out the plate from the belt and eat them. We can choose what we want by checking them by our own eyes. (See the picture) |
Those are the pictures of what we ate. |
