南フランスのマルセイユで、 阪神淡路大震災のニュースを聴いたアーティストたちが、 被災地のアーティストのため義援イベントを行なってくれました。 そして私たち被災地のアーティストも、 彼らに応えるべく震災のその年から活動を開始しました。 今、マルセイユと神戸を通じて 日仏のアーティストを中心としたネットワークが広がっています。 日本とフランスで、私たちは何かを共有し、何かを与えあう ・・・そんな活動のネットワークが 「Acte Kobe」です。

Marseille dans le sud de la France.... des artistes ont écoute les nouvelles de Hanshin Awaji grand desastre du tremblement de terre. Une manifestation culturelle à été organise par ces artistes pour soutenir les artistes de la région accablee par ce desastre. Alors, nous artistes de la région de Kansai avons commence le chemin de la rencontre dans cette même année. Maintenant entre Marseille et Kobe, s'etend un reseau compose principalement d'artistes Japonais et Français. Nous partageons ensemble et apportons quelque chose au Japon et a la France. Ce reseau s'appelle "Acte Kobe."
