I saw Exhibition of Dream Technologies of
the 21 st Century at Tokyo Big-Sight On Friday,
July 28 at Tokyo Big-sight.
These were some exhibitions of interest.
1)Honda Robot;P3(humanoid)Robot http://www.honda.co.jp/robot/
This is the most popular exhibition, which
P3 robot will step down staircase. Movement
of P3 is very smooth like human.
2)Kyoto University, Institute for Frontier
Medical Science; established two years ago.
3)University of Tokyo(UOT), Institute for
Medical Science; Tomografic samples of cancer,
lung, stomach and lever in hormalin are very
interesting. Macroscopic view of cancer cell
can be seen by visitors.

5)Asahi Brewery; Beer direct from brewery
could be tasted.
6)Industries and Universities liaisons Council;TLO(Technical
Licensing Organization) made small exhibitions,
which are all substantial nature.
7)Local governments exhibition booths
8)NEDO; white LED lump is interesting
9)UOT,Institute of Industrial Science;
10)TEPCO(Tokyo Electric Power Company) corner;
Rauch & Lang Electric Car of year 1918. This
was powered by battery, and car could be
drive up to 160km. They were popular for
women until 1930, because of no need to turn
crank.
11)Robofesta; for children they are popular
12)Communication study laboratory for at

13)Tohoku University, Institute for Metallurgy
and Materials; exhibition of ultra pure iron,
which appears like silver with a shine.
14)NASDA, Oceanography Science Center of
STA made impressive exhibition.
15) RIKEN; All exhibitions are related to
Genome Science.
