LOUIS, Mo., March 17.―George Baptiste of St. Louis tonight demonstrated his ability against the Japanese jiu-jitsu style of wrestling by throwing Arata Suzuki of Japan twice within five minutes. The first fall was under the rules of jiujitsu and the American pinned the Japanese shoulders to the mat in two minutes and ten seconds. The second fall was catch as catch can, and Baptiste gained the decision in two minutes flat.
