Irslinger, an Austrian wrestler, met in London in catch-as-catch-can style for £50 a side and a purse. It will be remembered that in the recent tournament Irslinger threw the Jap, but on February 29 Yamato won. The contest was to be decided by the best of three falls, but, as it happened, Yamato, after being thrown in 19min. 25sec., turned the tables on his opponent in the next bout, Irslinger hurting his shoulder so badly that he could not go on.
