There will be an informal
reception party on the night prior to the beginning of the conference
at a rented-out club where participants will be free to give impromptu
performances or just relax and enjoy an evening unwinding.

Directions:The club is a 5-minute walk from the
ﾒGaienmaeﾓ train station on the Ginza-line subway. Take the 1A exit
and make a left-turn at the Aoyama 3 Cho-me intersection, where
you will see the Bell Commons building. Keep walking straight and
you will see the Mandala building on your right. If you get lost,
please show the map on the right and ask for directions locally.

Orders for additional beverages and light meals can be made individually.
Please make reservations on the registration form and pay at the door
when you arrive. A reservation ticket will be sent at a later time.

The club has a grand piano, stage, lighting, and sound
effects staff available. Rehearsals can be done from 16:00 to 17:30.
