Chapt.3, "Big explosion of evolution"

Summary; Five billion years ago at Cumbria age, biological explosion of evolution was occurred, and for intelligence of humankind the same thing will be being happening now.
In this century, evolution is proceeded from Homo sapiens, Homo fable and then to Homo economics. Computer played the vital role in these evolution.

Capability of human reached the point to handle a life itself. We should discuss about how to take responsibility, not to escape it by saying that don't step into "area of God". 20th century was a age of big science and technology, which reflect the terror of war.
Computer was invented for development of nuclear bomb, decipher enigma and calculating a ballistic course. For this new age, many small projects which result of success or failure will be obtained swiftly, become mainstream instead of big national project.

Usually fundamental of economy are human being, materials and money, but now information is the fourth fundamental. Modern culture, studied by student, is foreign language, computer and molecular biology.
Problem in Japan is that people usually have very few science and technology knowledge. and they have negative feeling about them.
