（１）The access method by the train is better if there are two kinds. 

In case of Tokyo Big Sight, there are two access way from Kokusai-tenjijou station of Rinkai-line and from  Kokusai-tenjijou-seimon  station of Yurikamome-line. 
Because the latter is too famous, a lot of people use Yurikamome-line. However, the carrying capacity of Rinkai-line is the above.
Therefore, it would be better if the station of Rinkai-line is nearer than Yurikamome-line. The reality is opposite.

If the conference on the high level such as academies is held as a convention facilities, the underground car park is indispensable. The entrance gate of the automatic system is installed in the underground car park. The inducement display is applied as everyone understands. The automatic display board whether the full car or the parking space has become empty is put up. 
Please secure the parking space for the physically handicapped person.
　

And the rotary for parking or stopping the car which takes the important person of the enterprise, the taxis, and the shuttle bus is is necessary.  The space of the rotary is secured enough at the design stage. 

Just like the airport, It is the most preferable to arrange atrium in front of the bus rotary. It is good when there is a roof also in the bus rotary so that wind and rain is avoided. 

In the event of specific industry in the provinces, the customer comes on the several charabancs. It is necessary to prepare a special parking lot of the bus besides the rotary of sharing. 

The company of the hall service (dining room etc.) comes by car loading with the material. The special parking space for them have to be secured besides the common customer. 

Additionally the waiting circle for the vehicle to carry in and out is necessary.

There are a lot of things not to be forgotten. 

（３）Is the ship necessary?

The sea bus was valuable transportation in the age of HARUMI fair ground. 
The meeting and sending off bus from Tokyo Station was crowded in the homicide. All the people who knew the exhibition well used the sea bus from Takeshiba. 
However, today, a lot of access means become complete. The sea bus seems to be recognized as one of the transportation for sightseeing .
