Exhibition hall is wide,  so the communication equipment is always necessary. 
The transceiver etc. are convenient for the staff. However, it costs expenditure in making the communication device only for the hall. 
However, there are a cellular phone and PHS in this world. It is the most clever method to use it. 
Therefore, the state of the electric wave that the cellular phone is put should be able to be maintained. 
It is necessary to set up two or more antennas to one hall for PHS.
Such telecommunications equipment is an important commodity exhibited in the trade fair. If telecommunications equipment cannot be used in the hall, it becomes the confidence problem of the exhibition center. 

Air-conditioning equipment

The air-conditioning expenditure of a large hall becomes huge amount. 
However, a lot of people enter in the event of the concert etc. The density of carbon dioxide in the hall goes up fast, too. The sensor which always monitors CO2 is applied, and strong air-conditioning equipment is always operated. It is useful when there is a window of the ventilator which opens by the automatic operation, too. 
The air of air-conditioning sinks below at the summer time.  Heating of winter goes up to the part of a high roof.  Therefore, many downward air sending entrances are set in the upper part of the ceiling to stir Air in the hall. 
The hall guide of the exhibition is occasionally hung from the ceiling. 
When the hall guide is set up in front of the supply opening of air-conditioning, strong-air shakes the hall guide flags. It is dangerous. 
Air-conditioning is not operating at the preparation stage. No one might notice that danger sometimes. When the direction of ventilation is changed by remote control, this can be prevented. 

Fire protection

Two strong water cannon is set up in each hall in Tokyo Big Sight. However, the water cannon has not been used actually except the case of training yet. 
To tell the truth, the water cannon is too strong. It is said that the damage of the water cannon is larger than that of a fire when the water cannon is launched. 

Fire sensor

It is more important to extinguish fire before the fire does not extend than the extinction device. Therefore, a fire is detected by installing the sensor of infrared rays on the upper part of the hall at the early stage. 

Broadcasting equipment

The promoter broadcasts from the office aiming at the hall. 
The exhibition hall sometimes is used as one hall, and sometimes  by removing the partitioning , two or more halls are used as a whole. The broadcasting equipment should be able to adjust to this, too.

Surveillance camera

Two or more surveillance cameras are set up at the seen position where it can observe entire hall . 
The monitor is set up in the promoter office. So the promoter always understands the situation in the hall. 
The surveillance camera can have to control the rotation and the zoom from the office. 
But it is better to apply a big window to the promoter office besides this. The promoter always understands the appearance in the hall if there is a window. 

Illumination

The illumination of the entire hall (mercury light) is controlled in the promoter office. If the available light is used, cost for the illumination can be considerably saved.

Work power supply

A mass work power supply is necessary besides the electric taking out mouth to each booth. Two or more work power supplies are prepared for a wide hall. 

Waterworks

Naturally, it is necessary to set up the rest rooms. The place where water can be supplied besides it is necessary. A colorful wallpaper is pasted to the wall of plywood for a wooden exhibition booth  though it decreased now. 
Naturally, water is necessary for such work. 
Fatter water service tube than that at usual home is set up. Wide washing space in the backyard is convenient.

Stock yard. etc.

I want to take the exhibition area by as much as 1�u. Therefore, though it is often forgotten, the warehouse where the vessel of each hall is stocked is necessary.
When an ideal exhibition hall is built, I want to prepare such a place as wide as I can.
