開発途上国等からは人材育成への協力に対する期待が高まっており、「人づくり」を通じた 国際社会への貢献が必要となっています。 　　　　　　

このため、職業能力開発分野における国際協力を推進し、海外の諸都市の職業能力開発 の発展に貢献していきます。 　　

Under the situation where the expectation on cooperation for human resources development in developing countries has been growing greater, it is necessary for us to contribute to the international community through “human resources development”.

For this purpose, we promote international cooperation in the field of vocational ability development and contribute to the human resources development for foreign cities.

アジア青年技術者育成事業
Asian Youth Engineers Training Program

人材育成を必要としているアジアの諸都市から研修員を受け入れ、主として民間企業において、 専門知識や技術を習得させることにより、相手都市の産業の発展に貢献する中堅リーダーを 育成しています。

Accepting trainees from Asian cities abroad requiring human resources development, and providing them with training mainly in private businesses to acquire specialized knowledge and skills, we foster workers who will take a leading role in the development of their societies.

1. 対象都市 Party cities
   北京市 Beijing、ジャカルタ特別市 Jakarta、ハノイ市 Hanoi

2. 受入人数 Number of Trainees
   3０名以内 Maximum 30

3. 研修期間 Training term
   １０か月以内 About 10 months

4. 主な研修科目 Main training subject
   自動車整備 Automobile、空調設備 air conditioning、 ビル設備管理 building maintenance、建設 construction、 コンピュータソフト computer software

本事業の特徴

研修員は、各都市において実務に就いている２０代の技術者の中から選ばれます。

東京都は、研修員に対し、日本語の研修を行うと同時に、食費その他の生活費を援助します。

民間企業は、研修員に対し、企業内での専門研修を行うと同時に、宿泊施設を提供します。

研修期間は、約１０か月（日本語研修期間約１か月を含む）です。
