To build a big exhibition center should be connected with the profits of that prefecture automatically. A lot of people think so. As the result of that, the construction plan is made. Earnings do not result only by hope. And industry is not promoted in the deficit subsequence of that facilities continuing year after year. A lot of people will notice that after all. Things cannot do easily with a easy plan.
