Tokyo Big Sight has the site area of 240,000�u. There are a plaza which can be used as a temporary parking lot and the waiting circle of the carrying in and carrying out track in its  circumference. If they are totaled, it becomes twice or more the building lot area.

He will come surely next time. 

It takes more than one hour to go to Makuhari or Yokohama from the center of Tokyo. Unexpected time might be taken in the transfer of the train.The number of the train might be a little. It is necessary to count the distance from the nearest station. 

Though the Harumi trade fair site (Antecedent of Tokyo Big Sight) was nearer from center of a city than Tokyo Big Sight. because the time of the bus waiting was too long, Our choices is only next two: to go out of the hall before bus stop is got crowded or to retune home completely exhausted. It can be said that the installation of transportation is extremely important. 

A similar traffic paralysis happens when the resort in the vicinity is crowded on holiday. It becomes a cause by which the reputation of that hall is dropped. 

The competition with the rival exhibition center becomes a problem, too. Though there is no big exhibition hall for the north of Tokyo, It is difficult to secure land, it is difficult to secure the land.
