The person who loses consciousness in the hall also appears in the exhibition as for 100,000 person scale. 
As for the exhibition promoter, when such a situation is expected, it is usual to make the medical treatment staff stand by. 

By the way, how shall I do the maintenance of the medicine had on hand there though the medical treatment room secured?
Likely, such a matter is forgotten. 

Consequently, best choice　is the center sets up the room and the promoter's maintaining the medicine at each event . 
The medicine which the center has on hand becomes a disinfectant level for the cut. 

In case of this, it is efficient to cooperate the hotel clinic if it would be set up in the annex.. Such a reason why I recommend establishing the hotel as an annex, too. 

Nursery

Because the exhibition hall was business facilities, benefit and convenience was not so requested. Hereafter, facilities just like the nursery might be needed.
I was surprised because there was a nursery when I visited the exhibition hall in Thailand before. Japan is late on such a respect. 

There are a lot of stray children when it is sales event intended for the child like a game show. Therefore, the space to gather the child temporarily is important. 

A child these days does not think that he is a stray child even if getting lost to the parent. However, the parent thinks it is lost if the child is not found. Falling into the panic is a parent. 
Child: “I lost sight of my mother. But I think it is likely to be able to meet her while walking for a while. She is very careless. ”
Parent: “My child was lost. How should I do so that I may find the child? Could you broadcast in the hall as soon as possible ? I worry about my child very much.”

By the way, the suckling corner was prepared from the design stage in Tokyo Big Sight.
However, its place was in the women's rest room. 
There was a complaint from those who came early. As a result, the corner of the suckling and the diaper change was set up in public space after that.
