Welcome to SPD LaboratorySPD is an abbreviation of Spray Pyrolysis Deposition which is a versatile and effective technique to deposit functional thin films. Spray pyrolysis has been applied to deposit a wide variety of thin films. These films were used in various devices such as solar cells, sensors, display panels, and solid oxide fuel cells. SPD Laboratory is the leading producer of automated spray pyrolysis deposition systems for laboratory and industrial applications. We are also manufacturing transparent conducting thin films such as fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) and tin-doped indium oxide (ITO) on the glass substrates using SPD technique. SPD laboratory can supply various oxide thin films such as TiO2, SnO2, ZnO, etc according to customer's requirements (size, shape, and patterns). We welcome research sponsors for the development of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSC) based on the important results of research publications, patents, technical reports (self issued) with the corresponding R&D activities to advance a part of increased solar businesses in the near future.
