As I had introduced as for the another paragraph (Tokyo Big Sight!!!), various equipment is set up in Tokyo Big Sight for conservation of energy and the saving resource. 

Of course, such a device is necessary also for the ideal exhibition center.

The photovoltaic generation device is set up in the hall rooftop. 

It would work by which the temperature rise in the hall is prevented at the same time as supplementing the electric power. 

If the surplus power is generated, you can sell it to the electric power company. 

The capacity usage ratio of the exhibition hall at the summer time is low. It might be a very efficient power supply source. 

Facilities are constructed in a windy place. This can be used oppositely. 

Let's set up facilities for wind power generation.

The large-scale pinwheels are arranged outside the room and  its babies are arranged in the hall. 

To set up the own power generating unit underground, and prepare the lack at the peak of the electric power demand. 
Tokyo Big Sight also adopts this method. However, a large-scale exhibition by which the dynamo in the underground is turned is only several times in one year. 

Because the own power generating unit becomes a considerable output, the exhibition center is publicly acknowledged to be "Power plant". 
Therefore, the power supply of the whole building must stop to check once a year. 
In this case, because the electric power of the restaurant is stopped, it is necessary to prepare the preservation of the food material etc. beforehand. 
Moreover, the power supply should be made another system with the hotel. 

In addition, the storing water tank of rain and the secondary effluent is installed underground. The water of the rest room is supplied from here. However, it does not suffice only by this when jammed with a lot of people. Lack is supplemented with the water supply with the automatic operation.
