個別グループ様ごとに英語でご案内します。個人のお客様向けから、旅行会社・ホテル・企業・学校・団体などの法人のお客様向けまで、ご希望に応じてさまざまな英語のガイドを提供しています。軽井沢や長野県内はもちろん、ご相談に応じて他地域もご案内します。

We send English-speaking tour guides to private groups. We provide various guiding services based on customers' requests. We serve individual customers as well as organizations including travel agencies, hotels, companies, schools and other groups. We can guide Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture as well as other places than Nagano.

英語ガイドツアーのすべてのプランは、ユースホステル会員証のご提示でご本人のみ10%割引になります。当割引の利用を希望される方はご予約時にお知らせください。KGSは一般財団法人日本ユースホステル協会の公式サイトに正式な割引提携施設として掲載されています。

Being a Hostelling International (HI) member gives you a 10% discount on our guiding service (applied to the membership card owner only). KGS is registered as an official discount facility with Japan Youth Hostels, Inc.

 

個人向け英語ガイド  For Individual Clients

個人のお客様を個別グループごとに英語でご案内します。ウォーキングツアー、ハイキングツアー、サイクリングツアーなどのプランをご用意しているほか、ご希望に応じて組み立てるオーダーメイドツアーもお申し付けください。

We offer English guiding service to private groups of individual customers. You can choose from our fixed guide plans of walking, hiking and cycling tours, or you can customize guide plans by consulting with our planner.

Common for Guiding Service for Individual Clients

お支払い方法  Payment Method

クレジットカードの前払いとなります。オンライン決済でお支払いいただいたところで、ご予約が確定いたします。VISA、Master、AMEXが使用できます。銀行振込を希望の方はお問い合わせください。

We ask for advanced payment by credit card. When you finish online settlement, your reservation will be confirmed. VISA, Master and AMEX are accepted. If you prefer bank transfer, please ask.

 

キャンセル料  Cancellation Policy

ガイド料のキャンセル料は以下の通りとなります。
・ガイド当日: ガイド料の100%
・ガイド日の2日前および前日: ガイド料の50%
・ガイド日の7日～3日前: ガイド料の30%
例を挙げますと、もしガイド日が1月30日の場合、1月30日のキャンセル料は100%、1月28日および29日は50%、1月23日から27日は30%となります。

Cancellation fees for guiding are as follows.
- On the tour day: 100% of guide fee
- 1 to 2 days before the tour day: 50% of guide fee
- 3 to 7 days before the tour day: 30% of guide fee
For example, if a tour date is Jan 30:
- 100% is charged on Jan 30.
- 50% is charged on Jan 28 and 29.
- 30% is charged from Jan 23 to 27.

保険  Insurance

賠償責任保険に加盟していますが、お客様個人でも旅行保険や傷害保険などにお入りいただくことをお勧めします。自己責任でのご参加となります。

This tour is covered only by liability insurance. We recommend you to obtain some kind of travel insurance or casual insurance on your own. Please participate this tour at your own risk.

 

法人・団体向け英語ガイド  For Corporate Clients

旅行会社、ホテル、企業、学校、各種団体など、法人や団体のお客様が企画されるツアーにおいて英語のガイドを担当できます。すでに行き先が決まっているお客様、当方にてご用意しているサンプルガイドプランから選びたいお客様、ゼロから組み立てたいお客様など、プラン段階から当日まで、ご要望に応じてきめ細かく対応させていただきます。会議や視察などにおける通訳サービスとガイドツアーを組み合わせることも可能です。知らない土地でのツアーを実現するのは意外に大変なものです。お気軽に地元に精通している私たちにご相談ください。

ガイド料以外のすべての費用 (入場料、食事代、交通費、宿泊費など) は、ガイドの分もお客様にてお支払いをお願いいたします。人気のあるガイドプランのサンプルは、下記「ガイドプラン」ページの通りです。プランニングのご参考にお使いください。時間は軽井沢発着の場合ですが、発着地は変更できます。移動手段の選択によって所要時間は変わります。

旅行会社様へ
旅行会社様にて貸切バスやハイヤーをご用意いただいたり、公共交通機関の運賃をご負担いただいたりできる場合、より広範囲に効率よく回ることができます。宿泊をご用意いただけますと、宿泊型のツアー (行程の一部または全部) もお引き受けできます。

We send professional English-speaking tour guides to tours which are organized by travel agencies and other corporate clients such as hotels, companies, schools and other groups. We hope to serve clients with different purposes including those who already have a fixed itinerary, those who wish to choose from our sample itineraries, and those who hope to create a new guide plan from a scratch. We are happy to support our clients from planning to the tour day. We can also provide translation or interpreting service for your meetings or business opportunities along with guiding service. It is hard work to carry out a tour in unfamiliar places or countries. Please feel free to consult us having local knowledge.

Please note that all the necessary costs except for guide fee (such as entrance fees, meals, transportation, accommodation) are to be paid by clients. The plans on the following "Guiding Plans" page are sample itineraries covering popular spots. Please use them to get some ideas. The hours are based on starting and ending in Karuizawa, but you can change starting and ending points. The tour hours can change depending on transportation.

To Travel Agencies,
If you can prepare a chartered bus or a car or if you can cover public transportation fares, we can cover wider areas more efficiently than just walking. If you can prepare accommodation for our guide, we can attend multi-date tours (a part or all of the tour dates). We may need to ask you to pay for preparation fee if your itinerary involves unfamiliar areas for us.
